April 11, 2023 – Tamara Samhouri, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Tampa, FL office. A graduate of The University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, Samhouri received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. As an engineer, she is responsible for conducting life cycle cost analyses and developing customized reserve study solutions that support Common Interest Realty Associations in the maintenance and operation of their common property.
Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2021, Samhouri has worked with more than 100 community associations throughout the Greater Tampa and Naples area. Her experiential knowledge in conducting life cycle cost analyses extends from homeowner and townhome associations to mid-rise and high-rise condominiums.
