April 11, 2023 – Jen Berry, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Tampa, FL office. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Berry received her bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2017, Berry has worked with more than 150 condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida’s Suncoast. As an engineer, she is responsible for conducting life cycle cost analyses of building and site components and developing customized reserve study solutions that support Common Interest Realty Associations in the maintenance and operation of their common property.
