May 17, 2022 – Brandon Bloomer, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Jacksonville, FL office. A graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce, Bloomer received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. As an engineer, he is responsible for conducting life cycle cost analyses and developing customized reserve study solutions that support Common Interest Realty Associations in the maintenance and operation of their common property. Bloomer previously served as a heavy equipment operator in the U.S. Marine Corps, as well as an engineering consultant in the oil and gas industry.
Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2020, Bloomer has worked with more than 100 community associations throughout Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee. His experiential knowledge in conducting life cycle cost analyses extends from homeowner associations to mid-rises.
