October 4, 2021 – Matt Ferguson, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Dayton, Ohio office. A graduate of Wright State University, Ferguson received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Mr. Ferguson is responsible for conducting life cycle cost analyses and developing customized reserve study solutions that support Common Interest Realty Associations in the maintenance and operation of their common property. Prior to joining Reserve Advisors, he served as a Maintenance Director for the 25,000-square foot Five Seasons family Sports Club.
Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2019, Ferguson has prepared more than 100 reserve studies for Common Interest Realty Associations. His experiential knowledge in conducting life cycle cost analyses extends from homeowner and townhome associations to mid-rise condominiums.
