June 15, 2023 – Taylor Bleistein, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Tampa, FL office. A graduate of Hanover College, Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. As an engineer, he is responsible for conducting life cycle cost analyses of building and site components and developing tailored reserve study solutions that effectively support Common Interest Realty Associations in ensuring the long-term physical and financial well-being of their common property.
Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2021, Taylor has worked with more than 170 mid-and-high rise condominiums, townhome-style condominiums and homeowners associations throughout Florida. Some of his most notable clients include Orchard Beach Club (Sarasota), Paradise Island Tower (Treasure Island), Bayway Isles Point Brittany (St. Petersburg), and Bridgetown at The Plantation Community Association (Fort Myers).
