April 11, 2023 – Kyle Miller, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Cleveland, Ohio office. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Miller received his bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he worked for a leading print management company, where he assisted clients in financial analysis and forecasting the financial impact of business’ current workflow practices.
Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2021, Miller has prepared more than 120 reserve studies throughout the greater Cleveland area. His experiential knowledge in conducting life cycle cost analyses extends from homeowner to townhome style associations. He has conducted Reserve Studies for unique communities throughout Ohio such as Hidden Valley Condominiums in Rocky River, Marina Villas Condominiums in Sandusky and Come Sail Away Condominiums in Port Clinton.
